Construction on our new affordable housing project, The Memorial Apartments has been moving right along over the last few months. The roof has already been completed, along with all of the exterior doors, patio doors and windows.
Contractors are slated to be finished with all insulation as well as the entire exterior of the building by the end of December.
The construction of the three steel staircases and the steel balcony railings will begin in January and the mural installation is set to begin in February of 2026.
Construction Manager, Jerry Schmitz anticipates a completion date of April 2026 & pre-leasing for these units is set to begin in February. If you would like to get on our update list for pre-leasing information please email [email protected].
