Multi-Family Rental Program
A total of 1,107 rental apartments are provided for families through six multi-family developments, five in San Antonio and one in Austin. Section 8 certificates or vouchers are accepted. The majority of these developments are older properties that have been acquired by SAAHC, renovated and preserved as affordable rental unites for low and moderate-income families.
