While SAAHC is chartered to serve in any area of Texas, the organization concentrates development in low-income neighborhoods. SAAHC also serves the Rundberg area in North Austin. Ninety-five percent of SAAHC units are occupied by families that have annual median incomes (AMI) at or below 60%. Within that group seventy-seven are 50% AMI and below and twenty-four are 30% AMI and below.
